Tang Cong Sheng is a well known Comedian and TV host in Taiwan. It's always been his dream to release an album. Finally after 12 years, he has released his first album which he wrote most of the songs. This is a very cute and sweet duet about two people brought together by destiny, featuring former Taiwanese girl group Roomie's lead vocalist Bae Lin.
